Problem Statement

The current manual systems in our retail store operations lead to inefficiencies, errors, and suboptimal decision-making. These challenges hinder our ability to effectively manage inventory, track sales, streamline employee scheduling, and provide a seamless customer experience. We need a robust retail store management app that integrates all key operations, provides real-time data insights, and automates repetitive tasks to overcome these challenges.

Solution

We propose developing a comprehensive retail store management webapp that addresses the pain points faced in our operations. The Webapp will offer a centralized platform to streamline inventory management, sales tracking, employee scheduling, and customer relationship management.

Pain Points

  • Managing inventory manually is time-consuming, prone to errors, and can lead to stockouts or overstocking
  • Without a centralized system, tracking sales performance and analyzing data becomes challenging
  • Without a CRM system, it’s difficult to track customer data, purchase history, and preferences
  • Without real-time data and reporting capabilities, decision-making becomes challenging
  • No standardize processes, providing customer history visibility, and enabling a seamless and personalized customer experience.
